Related Events are independently organized events that complement the Resilient California Summit and provide additional opportunities for networking, learning, and collaboration. Events may include receptions, workshops, roundtables, site visits, or other gatherings relevant to the Summit community. Approved Related Events will be added to this page on a rolling basis.

FireDome Live Testing

As the California Resilience Summit comes to a close, FireDome is inviting a select group of Summit participants to see the system in action - live, in the field, and up close. Join us at our Sacramento-area test site to see our autonomous wildfire defense system operate end to end: detection, decision, and suppression.

Submit a Related Event

To be considered, organizers must submit an event flyer or graphic in a 1:1 aspect ratio, along with the submission form, by Friday, October 9 at 11:59 PM PT.

Submissions will be reviewed for relevance to resilience, climate adaptation, emergency management, sustainability, public health, environmental justice, community preparedness, or other Summit priorities. Additional guidelines are available on the submission form.

Helpful Information

 
To minimize conflicts with official Summit programming, we strongly encourage related events to be scheduled outside of core Summit hours whenever possible, including:
  • Monday prior to the Summit.
  • Early morning sessions.
  • Evening receptions, dinners, or networking events.

The Resilient California Summit takes place during the following hours:
  • Tuesday, October 20: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday, October 21: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, October 22: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

 

Please note that all related events are independently organized and managed by the hosting organization.

Related event organizers are responsible for:

  • Registration and attendee management.
  • Venue coordination.
  • Staffing and onsite logistics.
  • Audio/visual support.
  • Catering and associated event costs.
  • Event communications and updates.
